We are pleased to announce the grant application period for the Rotary Year 2027-2028 Rotary year will open on November 1, 2026. The grant application period is from November 1, 2026-through March 31, 2027.
Grants will be reviewed via the grant committee and our spending plan will be submitted to RI for approval following May 15, 2027. Clubs will be notified of approvals. Monies will be received following July 1, 2027.
GUIDELINES FOR GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR THE ROTARY YEAR 2027-2028
- Each Club must have trained members in the grant process
- Each club must sign a new 2027-20208 MOU( Memorandum of Understanding). On the left side of this page you can down loud the 2027-2028 MOU. The MOU can also be obtained by contacting Peter Clayton, Stewardship Chair at super_limey@yahoo.com. If your club DOES NOT sign an MOU you will not be able to enter a grant application in the system.
- Clubs receive 100% of their approved grant amount as the payment. This eases the financial burden for all Clubs. Please remember- final grant reports are required for each project at the end of the Rotary Year in order to receive payment for the next rotary Year. Any Club or group that receives grant monies but does not complete the report in a timely manner will jeopardize their ability to receive future grant funding.
