Reviews proposals to amend the District PrBylaws.ocedures and Guidelines, the Rotary International Manual of Procedure, the Standard Rotary Club Constitution and the Rotary International Bylaws. Shepherds proposals through the process for a vote by Clubs through an appropriate means and follows the vote with appropriate action to implement the result. Chair acts as, or provides advice to, the District's Delegate to the triennial Rotary International Council on Legislation regarding voting on the proposals and resolutions for consideration at the Council.
