Member Retention

Responsible for activities designed to encourage, mentor, support and engage club members so that they remain excited by and committed to the ideals of Rotary and therefore serve as eager ambassadors of Rotary to their fellow members and to the community at large. Mentors connect people who have specific skills with individuals. Mentorship helps break down barriers and creates opportunities for success-and hopefully long-term membership.
