PETS Training Date Schedule 2018-19

Welcome President's-Elect!

To help all of you plan for the year ahead, District Governor-Elect Herb Klotz and District Trainer Linda Young have released the following dates to allow you to arrange your schedules. Please bear in mind that we have tried our best to give you as much advance notice as possible. We are delivering this training to all 45 PE’s and ask for your understanding and in some cases flexibility.

PETS 2 Webinars

This session will be webinars where DGE Herb will introduce the Rotary International Theme for 2019/20 and our district goals.  We will review the Rotary Club Central Goal Worksheet and the format of the upcoming PETS 3 in King of Prussia.  Please choose one webinar to attend.

Tuesday, February 5, 2019, 7-8 pm

Thursday, February 7, 2018, 7-8 pm

PETS 3 Mid Atlantic PETS

8 am, Friday, February 22, 2019 thru Saturday, February 23th, 2019

Radisson King of Prussia, 1160 1st Ave, King of Prussia, PA 19406

This is the Rotary mandated 2-day event that all PE’s must attend in King of Prussia. You will find this unique event beneficial to your year.  You will be with ~230 fellow PE’s from 4 districts and take part in both plenary and breakout sessions. Please be prepared to stay Friday night (at no cost to you!) to enjoy dinner, networking and avoid travel time very early on Saturday morning.

There will also be optional enrichment sessions on Thursday 21st. More details will be provided closer to PETS.

PETS 4 District Training Assembly

Saturday, May 4, 12 pm-4 pm, Renaissance Allentown Hotel, 12 N 7th Street, Allentown, PA

This is the final part of our training journey in preparation for your year ahead. We will finalize your club’s goals and you will have the opportunity to share your plans with the Area President's-Elect.   There will be plenary & breakout sessions on all avenues of Rotary Service. We strongly recommended that you bring your club officers and committee chairs to learn about what is new and how best to implement goals for success in your club.

We hope this helps you plan for our year ahead. Please contact us if you have any questions.
